PostHeaderIcon Article Writing: Can It Assist My Virtual Assistant Business?

Considering S E O Article Writing for more backlinks. I recommend “S E O Article Marketing “ E-book to learn how to get the most from your seo article marketing promotions.

Query: I’m a Virtual Assistant. Can I use articles to advertise my enterprise?
Signed, Eager VA

Pricey Eager VA,
Virtual Assistants are springing up all around the internet. It’s a really viable business possibility and more work at home mothers are jumping on the bandwagon each day. The real go-getters will whip up a “business card” website immediately with their contact information, ‘about me’ info, and their rates and providers offered.

But, then that web site sits and collects dust while they watch for the visitors to roll in. So, what’s a Virtual Assistant to do to generate visitors to their web site?

Oftentimes VAs overlook the most effective methods of promoting their websites – article writing. Digital Assistants can write about all types of subjects – how one can set up emails, customer service, hiring or firing a VA, ways a VA can benefit a enterprise, or accounting among other things. Then, they’ll share the articles, identical to some other website proprietor to drive traffic to their web sites and set up an skilled status in their field.

When you’re a VA who’s new to article sharing, it’s really quite easy. You write a useful article and include your author bio at the end. (See the end of this article as an example.) Then, you submit your article to Article Directories the place hungry website house owners, weblog house owners and ezine publishers eagerly grab your article to publish it on their sites.

Now, there is stiff competition so it’s not quite that simple, but that’s the gist of how article sharing works. And, you understand it really works since you’re studying my article that I’ve written and shared with article directories. There’s my URL in the author bio and also you’ve discovered my article as a result of somebody has printed it on their website, weblog or in their newsletter. If it works for me, it will probably give you the results you want, too.

Article sharing is underutilized within the Digital Assistant subject and I hope to see that change in the coming year. Go grab that free traffic and develop your VA business. Not only will your VA enterprise develop, however you’ll be able to share this method of marketing along with your clients and blow them away with your data of web marketing. Finest wishes.

PostHeaderIcon Top 15 Ways to Build Your Subscriber List

Considering S E O Article Writing for more backlinks. I recommend “S E O Article Marketing “ E-book to learn how to get the most from your seo article marketing promotions.

Email marketing can be profitable for any business, no matter what kind of product or service you are selling. It is significantly cheaper than other advertising methods and it helps build credibility with your subscribers. As a result, you can generate more sales and profits.

The foundation for successful email marketing is a targeted, responsive and permission-based email list. If you have a list of subscribers that trust you and consider you an expert, you’ve completed the first step and are on your way!

Below you will several list-building ideas that will help you make the most of your email marketing efforts:

  1. Provide useful, relevant and unique content. Your visitors will not give you their email addresses just because they can subscribe to your newsletter free of charge. You have to provide unique and valuable information that will be useful to your subscribers.

  2. Add a subscription form to every page of your website. Make sure it stands out so it is easy to find. If appropriate, you can also include it in more than one place. For instance, your opt-in form might always appear in the top-left corner of your site, while you also include an opt-in at the bottom of some of your popular articles.

  3. Make it easy for your reader to sign up. The more information you request, the fewer people will opt-in. In most cases, a name and an email address should suffice. If it’s not necessary, don’t include it here. (Note: If you don’t have a Privacy Policy, put the words “privacy policy generator” into a search engine and you should be able to find a suitable form for your readers to review.

  4. Publish a Privacy Policy. Let your readers know that they can be confident you will not share their information with others. The easiest way to do this is to set up a Privacy Policy web page and provide the link to it below your opt-in form.

  5. Show your first issue or other sample to your visitors. This lets potential subscribers review your newsletter before they sign up to determine if it is something they’d be interested in.

  6. Archive past newsletter issues. A “library” of past newsletters is both appealing and useful to visitors and builds your credibility as an authority. In addition, if your articles are written with good SEO techniques in mind, they can send additional traffic to your web site through good search engine positioning.

  7. Contact other newsletter publishers. Introduce yourself and explore ways you may be able to help each other. Perhaps you can introduce other publisher’s newsletters or print articles they have written to your list, with a link to sign up. When you contact them, be sure to tell them why you think THEIR readers would like what you have to offer and why YOUR readers would benefit from their newsletters. This is a win-win scenario; both of you will build your lists faster!

  8. Give away bonuses subscribers can use. Create an opt-in bonus for joining your subscriber list. You can write an ebook or PDF report, or even hire a programmer to create downloadable or web-based software. But don’t limit yourself to only a gift for new opt-ins. Remind your readers that the next bonus is coming soon. People hate to miss out on things. If you systematically pass on “goodies” throughout the year, your subscribers are unlikely to leave.

  9. Ask your subscribers to pass it on. Word of mouth is a powerful viral technique that works great with email marketing. If your subscribers find the content you share with them to be informative, they will pass your newsletter on to their friends. This can be a good source of new subscribers.

  10. Let others reprint your newsletter as long as the content is not modified. Many webmasters and newsletter publishers are actively looking for high-quality content and, if they reprint your newsletter, you will get new subscribers, traffic and links pointing to your site.

  11. Include a “Sign Up” button in the newsletter. If you are using plain text instead of HTML, provide a text link to your subscription page. You may feel that this is not required because the subscriber is already on your list, but remember that readers will forward your newsletters to others, or reprint it online. You want to make it easy for them to subscribe.

  12. Add a squeeze page. A squeeze page has one goal − to get an opt-in and build your list. Think of it like a mini-sales letter for your subscription or opt-in bonus. It features a powerful headline and a couple of very important benefits that should make subscribers salivate to sign up to your list. Once created, use a service such as WordTracker to find hundreds of targeted keywords, and advertise there using pay-per-click advertising from Google, MSN and Yahoo.

  13. Include testimonials on your squeeze page. This is crucial. Put 1 or 2 strong testimonials from satisfied subscribers on your squeeze page. This can be in any format, but you may find that multimedia (audio or video social proof) is more “believable”. To increase that believability, include full names, locations and/or urls; don’t use “Bob K, FL” as a testimonial name.

  14. Blog religiously. Blogging is a great way to communicate with your potential customers, and it creates a nice synergy with your email marketing. Be sure to include your newsletter sign-up form on each page of your blog. You can start a free blog at Blogger or WordPress.

  15. Post on other blogs. Post great comments and information on similar blogs with a link to your squeeze or opt-in page. Also comment on others’ blogs through trackbacks. In most cases, your comments will be posted on their blogs with a link back to your site. This is an easy way to generate new webtraffic and subscribers.

PostHeaderIcon How To Grab Your Readers Attention With Your Subject

Considering S E O Article Writing for more backlinks. I recommend “S E O Article Marketing “ E-book to learn how to get the most from your seo article marketing promotions.

Life Path

The race for supremacy in the internet based businesses has been really heating up and many sites have been put up to help others to get ahead for a small fee. But there are also ways in which you don’t have to pay so much to make yourself a good list of loyal Lifepath Unlimited followers. Having satisfied web traffic and visitors allows you to build a foundation where you can create an opt-in list and make it grow from there.

An opt-in list allows you to provide newsletters to your subscribers with their consent. When people sign up, they know that they will be receiving updates and news from your site and the industry your represent via an e-mail. But that doesn’t mean that all of those who subscribe read them at all.  Many lists have been built by using an attachment with free software or for a promotional discount. Some are not really interested in receiving e-mails from companies and just treat them as waste of cyberspace and delete or trash them without so mush as opening the e-mail and scanning them.

You can change all that. While forwarding an email message is relatively easy after producing your Lifepath Unlimited newsletter, getting people to open them is not as easy. You don’t want to waste all the time and effort used in making the newsletters, you want people to read them and have their interests piqued. Interested enough to go to your website and look around and more importantly purchase and acquire your products or services.

One of the numerous ways you can tempt or persuade your subscriber is by providing a well thought out and well written subject. The subject of an email is what often catches your recipients attention and allows them to decide whether they want to open or read your e-mail. The subject could easily be regarded as one of the most important aspect of your  promotional e-mail.

Your subject must be short and concise. It should provide a summary for the content of the e-mail so that the recipient will have basic knowledge of the content. This is really vital in grabbing the attention of your readers and subscribers. You want your subject to instantly grab the attention of your subscriber and get them to be intrigued to open up your mail.  Remember, it is not necessarily true that a subscriber opens up subscribed mails.

A good subject must always be tickling the curiosity of your recipient. It must literally force the recipient to open the mail. A certain emotion must be ignited for them to open the mail. It is essential to use specific words to get the reaction you need. Keep in mind that the recipient or subscribers spends only a few seconds looking over each subject of the e-mails he receives. You must grab your reader’s attention right away.

There are many forms you can use for your subject. You can provide a subject that says your e-mail contains content that teaches them tips and methods on certain topics. An example of this is using keywords and keyword phrases such as, “How to” , “tips”, “Guides to”, “Methods in” and others like that.

You can also put your subject in a question form. These may include questions like, “Are you sick and tired of your job?” Or “Is your boss always on your case?”  Watch for other promotional headlines that can be found in emails, magazines, newspapers and create a swipe file that you can have available each time you are composing a new newsletter.  Try to stay on the topic that pertains to your site that way you’ll know that your subscribers have signed up because they are interested in that topic.  Asking questions is a great way to immediately engage your reader, because as they read the question in your subject line, their mind starts answering the question already.

You can also use a subject that commands your reader. Statements such as “Act now and get this once in a lifetime opportunity”, or “Double, triple and even quadruple what you are earning in one year”. This type of subject deals with the benefits  your company provides with your product and services.

You may also use breaking news as your subject to intrigue your subscriber. For example, if you own your own home based business life Lifepath Unlimited and have created your own team training site you can write in your subject, “Announcing The 7 ‘Critical’ Reasons Why I Created An Exclusive Team Training Site For You”. This creates curiosity with the reader and will lead them to open the mail and read on.

Remember it’s suppose to be fun.  Enjoy the process of being creative and being able to express yourself in the way you want.  Your readers will enjoy your messages more when you let your humor and true personality shine through.

PostHeaderIcon Maintaining Lasting Business Relationships With Your Company’s Ezine

Considering S E O Article Writing for more backlinks. I recommend “S E O Article Marketing “ E-book to learn how to get the most from your seo article marketing promotions.

If your business is moving to the Internet, one of the great advantages that you will have is the establishment of a long term relationship with your website visitors. An effective way to do that is to collect names and email addresses in order to remain in occasional contact.

Creating a good newsletter for your subscribers can do a great deal to bring visitors back to your site. Return visitors are actually much more likely to become actual customers than visitors on their first visit to your business. Obtaining this high quality traffic is a sound marketing decision.

With a newsletter, you can inform the public about your company and products as well as services. You can keep them posted and updated about what’s going-on with your company as well as many of your promotions and offerings. With these, you keep on reminding your subscribers that you are still here and that your company is willing to offer them good deals and services.

Your newsletters will allow you to establish your brand in the minds of your potential customers. Your copy can impress upon your readers your professionalism, while reminding them to refer your business to their friends and associates.

Here are a few of the issues that you should keep foremost in your mind in creating your newsletter marketing plan:

1) Your newsletter should contribute to your overall consistent brand. Don’t stray from the theme of your site. Remember that it is the site that first attracted the attention of your subscribers.

2) Ensure that you have well written, information riddled and content rich articles. You articles will be the body of your newsletter and that they should be able to excite your readers as well as provide information. Articles should be well written and checked for errors such as spelling and grammatical errors for it to look professional and believable. The trust of your client to you and newsletter is at stake here.

3) Fact-check your articles. Make sure that you provide true facts and figures so that your reputation as an expert and knowledgeable in that field is not questioned. If you lose the trust of your subscribers these may persuade them to unsubscribe to your newsletter. You will lose many potential sales this way.

4) Provide fresh and new articles that can provide new information to your subscribers. If you publish stale and old news in your newsletter, there is a tendency that people or your subscribers already have read and known about them. This will lose their interest in your newsletter and they wont get to read what is most important, your ads. They may not open or read any of your succeeding newsletters losing your intention in writing and publishing newsletters, to get them to visit your site and make a purchase.

5) Never use copyrighted materials such as photos and articles. This is plagiarism, and you may get into a lot of trouble for this. You can lose your business and get sued over copyright infringement. If you do not have the time to write your own articles, you can out source the writing for a reasonable fee. All your investment in creating and publishing articles will be well worth it when you see your list build and your traffic increasing.

PostHeaderIcon Online newsletter publishing is one of the easiest ways to generate sales

Considering S E O Article Writing for more backlinks. I recommend “S E O Article Marketing “ E-book to learn how to get the most from your seo article marketing promotions.

Online newsletter publishing is one of the easiest ways to generate sales. You can send
traffic to whatever website you want, simply by telling your subscribers where to go. But getting them to click on the link in your mail takes a bit of pre-planning. Let’s take a look at some simple ways you can increase your click thru ratios and your sales.

1. Format your email
People are used to reading magazines, newspapers and websites with short lines. Format your email newsletter the same way. It looks clean and gives your newsletter a professional style.

Set your line length to 50 characters. You can either use a hard return at the end of your lines or use a formatting program to do the work for you.

2. Write to one person
Your subscribers don’t all huddle together around one computer to read your newsletter, they read it one at a time. So write your newsletter to one person and write it like that one person is your best friend.

I still see newsletters that address me as if I was sitting in an auditorium full of subscribers. The latest one I read was from a happy publisher that said, “You guys are the best, I just won a contest because of all the stuff you bought.” There’s only me in my office, not a bunch of other guys :)

3. Only one link at a time
Even if you have lots to say in your newsletter, limit the number of links to one. When you include multiple links, your readers get confused and you lose sales. Your linking strategy is one link – one product – one sale (from each subscriber)

If you publish a newsletter, implementing these 3 pointers will bump up your sales. If you don’t have time to publish a newsletter, or you want to add a second newsletter to your publishing schedule without the extra work of writing it, see the resource box below.
